☞ DWELL: 2107 Fifth Avenue in Contract
It took about a year but now the 2-family home at 2107 fifth Avenue has gone into contract as of mid March. The restored white-painted townhouse just north of East 129th Street started out at $1.649 million but the gut renovated, 19 foot wide building sat on the market until several price cuts later. Not much is happening in the immediate residential area but the 2,3 express trains are about six blocks away on 125th Street and the surrounding blocks have some nice architecture still intact. Currently the asking price is at $1.285 million so it will be interesting to see where the final sales price lands at.

this is great. It's actually been on the market for far longer than a year, but perhaps a year with this broker. There is plenty happening in this neighborhood! It's a wonderfully residential.
