It took about two years but it seems that Graceline Court at 106 West 116th Street and Lenox Avenue has finished up selling units according to Streeteasy:
LINK. The last condo in contract closed earlier this month and the total average per square foot for the development appears to be around $617 on average. Out of the 32 original units, one 2-bedroom unit remains on the market as a rental now for the asking of $3,000 per month.
