☞ DWELL: 475 West 141st Street in Contract
It has taken about 3 years for the house at 475 West 141st Street to go into contract but the Hamilton Heights townhouse now appears to finally be moving after some major price cuts. Originally on the market back in 2008 for $3 million, the 17 foot wide house would not dip below $2 milllion until early 2009 and was at $1.65 million in the last year. The house appears to be in decent shape and the immediately block is well kept but the area is still missing major amenities. It is a little hard to tell but under all the fussy furniture lies some nice interior details in the 2-family landmark building.

There really appears to be alot going on in that one room. So, I hope people who come by to see it will be able to look pass all the fussiness and make their own vision of what they want those rooms to be.

ReplyDeleteSaw this in person and it's even crazier than it appears in the photos! ...but it's in good shape and could be amazing for whomever has bought it - the build out goes up 3 floors; there are 4 full floors of useable space...lovely. Good luck!
