The adaptive reuse condos called The Gateway Tower at 2098 FDB was stalled for some time, finished up in the past year and finally started selling again.  What's the status these days for the 85-unit condo complex located between 113th and 114th Street?  Looking the development up on Streeteasy, it appears that 58 of the 69 available units have sold or are currently in contract: LINK.

The breakdown appears to be 51 units having closed for an average square foot price of $578, while 8 contracts are out and 11 listings are available . There appears to be some 16 units not accounted for and a couple of rentals available. Many of the larger developments in the area have been required to have affordable units as part of the mix so this might be the case for the odd numbers.
