The development Windows on 123 just west of Lenox on 123rd Street appeared to be one of the casualties of the market back in 2009 but the past year has been a very different story. Based on current Streeteasy data, it looks like the new construction with 26 total units has sold 18 already and now the last 8 are listed as in contract: LINK. No other units are available and based on past press reports, the 26 units are all that is being offered in this development. Average square foot price is at $595 which appears to be within a price range that condos are moving for in the area.
