The Pan-Asian restaurant called Nikko has opened as of last week at the corner of West 123rd Street and Amsterdam Avenue. This new eatery is selling itself as a Hibachi restaurant which is at least an option for this cusp corner of Morningside Heights and Harlem but the whole fusion thing always ends up being a little all over the place. According to Yelp reports, one can get Thai curry, sushi or Hibachi offerings on the menu so there's something for everyone. Other notable highlights include prices that are reportedly reasonable and the interior has that contemporary lounge look to it. Check out all the neon via Yelp:
