A press release from yesterday confirms that the 34-unit Windows on 123 has sold out and the sister development has now opened for sales. We reported a month ago that the last 8 listings for Windows on 123 were in contract and now the development appears to be ready to sell the "lofts" just one building west (at far left of photo). Looking at current Streeteasy stats, 2 contracts are still out for the larger building but the rest of the listings have been sold: LINK

As for the Windows on 123 lofts, the smaller building by the Mount Morris Park Historic District is "located at 129 West 123rd Street and offers just eight full-floor lofts comprised of two- and three-bedroom/three bath homes ranging in size from 1,441 to 1,892 square feet and in price from $895,000 to$1,295,000, with many including outdoor space."
