The big story this year was the success of the Windows on 123 condos that previously was struggling and now the second half of the development appears to be taking off. Windows on 123 sold all of its 34 units finally last month and the 8-unit sister loft development hit the market at about a month earlier. Windows on 123 Lofts appear to be having an easier time since Streeteasy shows that the first contract went out in July so this adjacent corner to the Mount Morris Park Historic District seems to now be attracting buyers:
LINK. The 2 bedroom apartment under contract is apparently asking for about $722 per square foot so it will be of interest to see where the final sales price lands.
