A couple of readers on the east side mentioned that Habibis has opened at 52 East 125th Street and were enthusiastic that another dining option had arrived by the corner of Madison Avenue. From the look of the storefront, the new eatery appears to be no frills but there are not a lot of Middle Eastern restaurants uptown so the affordable establishment provides something new to this part of Harlem's commercial corridor. Based on the website, menu items appear to be well within the $5.00 range and therefore provides a budget friendly option for those on the go:
