The Romare Bearden Centennial celebration continues with the announcement that the Metropolitan Museum will display the artist's famous six-panel work called The Block which reflects life on Lenox Avenue between 132nd and 133rd Street. Check out The Block from August 30th through January 2nd of next year at the Met:
