There are couple of smaller condo (?) constructions struggling to get complete on the block of West 126th Street between St. Nicholas Avenue and Morningside but it appears one of them might be doing a little better than the other. Number 371 looked like it was moving along this year and some grey bricks and windows even started appearing on the lower floors. DOB permits show that a few filings have been made in the past months but an issue with the safety of the scaffolding stopped the work temporarily. The 6-story building will eventually have 12 units altogether and now appears to be making more progress than the adjacent building. As for the neighbor at Number 369 with the white facade, permits were updated sometimes about a year ago but not much has happened on that site.
