☞ SEE: The Harlem Brownstone Reno on HGTV

Reality shows really seem to be appreciating Harlem these days. We missed the finale of the HGTV Design Stars series but have been informed that the contestants had to renovate two Harlem brownstones to get the winning title. This is the series that finds the next design star for the network and the final two went to Harlem to create a pilot of their shows for the judges to review.  As with the Project Runway episode from a couple of weeks ago, Harlem is shown in a new light and diversity is really apparent in the way people live uptown.  Check out the full episode on the HGTV site: LINK
