Walking by one of the recently restored townhouses on Lenox Avenue, we notice that some new light fixture have been put in place out front just in time for Halloween. The cast metal work above the door is probably original to the building on lower Lenox but we are not quite sure that the new gargoyles were there originally. Nevertheless, they are quite unique and add a spooky vibe to the upcoming holiday.
I like them a lot but I don’t think they really qualify as gargoyles. Maybe when they grow up a bit. . .
