We received news that Ricky's Halloween pop-up shop has arrived this year again on 125th Street. The address happens to be at 55 West 125th which is the retail section of the office building that Bill Clinton made famous. The 5,180 square feet of commercial space appears to be ready based on the signage that is already up out front at the location just east of Lenox Avenue and the lease has apparently been signed for the next two months. Ricky's is a quirky New York based beauty product shop that has permanent locations all over Manhattan but still does not have a presence in Central Harlem.
