☞ REVIVE: The Montefiore Park Expansion

Wednesday, October 12th, 6:00 PM-8:00 PM, Montefiore Park Expansion Planning Session, at Broadway Housing Communities, 583 Riverside Drive and 135th Street. The city of new york will be expanding Montefiore Park into Hamilton Place by 2015 and a community session tomorrow will be open to those who have other ideas for the project.  According to the flyer being sent out, one of the suggestions to be implemented includes starting to close off this section of Hamilton Place on certain days so folks in the area will start to get a feel for what the new open green space adjacent to the east side of the park would be like.
