☞ DWELL: 8 East 127th Street Brownstone

The new brownstone up on the mark at 8 east 127th Street is just around the corner from Fifth Avenue and technically in East Harlem so will the $1.85 million initial asking price attract a buyer?  This 20 foot wide building meets the golden standard for a larger size townhouse and is really closer to one of the more preserved blocks of Central Harlem. But what does the interior look like?

Everything seems to have been upgraded in a pretty straight forward manner in recent years and their is roughly 4,124 square foot of space in the interior of the 2-family property.  There is an owner's triplex set up which has exclusive access to the finished back garden space.  More details can be found on the broker site: LINK

  1. Looks like it has lost all its details, crown molding, baseboards, door and window millwork, except for one fireplace, also, shame to see a yard simply paved over, otherwise, looks bright and cheerful. Hope they get the asking price as a good location.
