Dance Theatre of Harlem at 466 West 152nd Street (between Amsterdam and Convent Avenue) is now offering several different dance fitness classes that are open to the public, including a West African dance class. Most are $10 a class, with a discount for those who buy ten classes. The Family Fit class on Saturday afternoons is only $1 and is designed for parents and children to take together.
