Preview of the Mount Morris Park Historic District Extension Town Hall organized by Senator Bill Perkins' office, Ephesus Church, Lenox at West 123rd Street. More presentations on the proposed extension of the Mount Morris Park Historic District will be the focus of a Town Hall meeting on Thursday. Residents will also be advised on the benefits of receiving tax credits for landmark properties:
