One of the more notable stalled condo conversions in Central Harlem can be found at 145 West 129th Street. So what's going on with the brownstone conversion located between ACP/7th and Lenox Avenue? Apparently, not much. Work permits for the residential building that would add two floors to an existing townhouse go back to 2008 but a violation (for a missing sidewalk shed permit) in 2010 had stalled the project from progressing. That said violation has since been resolved but not much appears to be happening for this particular development. Does anyone have any other information out their?
