☞ DWELL: Chanticleer House Reduced
The house at 318 West 115th Street (just west of FDB) that belonged to the late owner of the former African-American Wax Museum has now been reduced from its initial asking price of $1.99 million. This 16 foot wide, 3,468 square foot townhouse returned to the market back in June but interested buyers did not materialize for the price that it was going for. A price decrease of 27% now has the South Harlem house at $1.45 million and a Certificate of Non Harassment is reportedly in place. Check out more details and photos on Streeteasy: LINK.
