OPEN HOUSE: Sunday, January 29th, 1:00 PM-2:30 PM. A 16-foot-wide SRO building is currently showing for the first time at 312 West 138th Street for an initial asking of $789K. The location is just a couple of blocks away from St. Nicholas Park and the local train but there's not too much else going on in the immediate residential area.
