☞ DWELL: 2 Sylvan Court Sold in January

Another one of the 15-foot-wide mews houses at East Harlem's Sylvan Court finally sold this past January. Number 2 Sylvan Court is a single-family home with a reported 1,008 square foot and eventually sold for $536K.  This location between Lexington and Third Avenue at 121st Street was built somewhere in the late 19th century and is situated on one of the few mews properties in greater New York City.  The immediate area is still rough around the edges and street of court could use some cobblestone but developers have been flipping some of the rundown properties in the past years.  Number 4 Sylvan court went under renovations and was sold last year for $505K in total.
