The house at 115 West 119th Street arrived on the market last summer fro the initial asking set at $1.899 million but that number has been reduced over the months. This brownstone is 18 foot wide, has over 3,122 square foot of space and is set up as 3-family with an owner's duplex. Renovations appear to be on the higher end but there are a couple of things to look out for. Currently the townhouse with the renovated interior is going for $1.699 million which might be more reasonable based on recent sales in the area. More photos and details after the jump.
Apparently there is an expired Certificate of Non Harassment for the townhouse and the occupancy for the building is still listed as a Converted Dwelling or Rooming House. The block itself is just west of Lenox and is part of the proposed historic district extension of Mount Morris Park so the housing stock is quite decent. Express trains and boutiques are also close by. More details can be found at the broker site: LINK
