☞ DWELL: 465 West 141st Street Townhouse



OPEN HOUSE:  Sunday, April 15th, 1:30PM-3:30PM.  We saw the spectacular townhouse at 465 West 141st Street during the 2010 Hamilton Heights House Tour and it is now on the market for $2.357 million.  The 18.8-foot-wide, single family home is on a quiet side street in the Heights but the best part of the home is that the designer who restored the property really has an eye for detail and color.  Woodwork has been restored and the walls have been painted rich neutral hues that highlight much of the interior details.  The broker photos on the listing site are a bit bright, but there are additional photos for anyone interested: LINK

    Nice, I like the black painted details, they seem to work well, also the French doors to the kitchen garden is a great feature giving lots of light, plus the mantle and over mantle mirror in the parlor. Good to see the brokers now have large format photos.
