ReplyDeleteTake a look at the floor plan - its narrow in the rear... This is a big negative.

Paul, I agree. It's not really 23 feet wide since it converges in the back. Also, appears to need a little bit of work as well - other places that have fetched mid 2s have had newer kitchen, bathrooms, central a/c. Still, a beautiful space with a ton of detail that I still think will go for over $2mm at the end of the day.
