☞ REVIVE: Redevelopment for Bradhurst

Wednesday, May 23rd,  6:00PM to 9:00PM, Bradhurst Brownfield Opportunity Area Sites Community Forum, HCCI Family Life Center, 266 West 153rd Street, between Frederick Douglass Boulevard and Macombs Place. Harlem Congregations for Community Improvement, in partnership with Harlem Community Development Corporation and New York State Department of State, seeks your input on a vision for redeveloping four major sites within the Bradhurst neighborhood which is located in the northern section of Central Harlem from 145th to 155th Street between FDB and ACP (click the above map to enlarge).

HCDC has heard requests for new workspace, housing, cultural and recreational space. Now the public can tell them if these sites are the appropriate places to put these new uses.

  1. Parks and ballfields. Waterfront park. This area needs more parks like central park or Riverside park.
