☞ EAT: Storefront Update at Jado Sushi

Nobu Otsu's Jado Sushi at FDB/8th Avenue and 114th Street has even made more progress in the past week with the arrival of a brand new storefront.  The generic steel framed original have now been replaced with dark windows and doors that open out into the street.  This is an example of how many new businesses uptown are paying particular attention to not only the interior of the stores but also the exterior. Our opinion is that a storefront's facade is the first thing that a potential guests sees and thus is an important element in engaging people to come into any establishment.  Jado Sushi will be the second business for Mr. Otsu who is also the owner of the Winery shop just around the corner.  Check out what the interior will look like in our past post: LINK
