☞ READ: Roof Gardens at the Lancaster
A Daily News article reveals that the Lancaster Lexington in East Harlem provides a 30-square-foot garden on the roof for each of the 29 apartments available. The development located between East 117th and East 118th Street is an eco-friendly building that is LEED certified so the new residents of the mostly sold out building can add a little more green to their environment by planting seasonal flowers or vegetables. Only three market rate units are currently left in the mixed-income building according to the article: LINK
