The asking has now decreased this month by 8% to $2.65 million price point. For those who want a fully renovated, single-family, modern townhouse with apparently higher end finishes, this one might be worth checking out. If it didn't have air, you'd complain. If it had window units, you wouldn't like that. Too expensive! Too small! Not fast enough! Too rushed!
