We have been following the construction of 315 West 126th Street in the past couple of years and now the 2-family building has gone into contract as of last week. An original asking price was listed at $1.19 million last September and now the development has attracted an interested buyer. This location is right behind the
new commercial building currently under construction at 125th Street and FDB/8th Avenue so the formerly desolate block should become more lively in the next year or so. Check out the interior photos on the broker site:
