☞ DWELL 68 Edgecombe Avenue Townhouse
OPEN HOUSE: Saturday, July 7th, 1:30PM-2:30PM. One of the fixer-upper townhouses listed this week in New York magazine is a having an open house this weekend. The building at 68 Edgecombe Avenue and 138th Street in Central Harlem was formerly used as a church building and is almost asking for double for what some of the other shells are going for. So what difference does $1.2 million make?
First of all, the building is on the larger side, has a location on a rare corner lot and also has its own side entrance garage. This townhouse is located less than a block away from St. Nicholas Park, comes in at 20-foot-wide and can be found right around the corner from the subway station. This immediate area is one of the more charming intact brownstone nabes of Harlem and the house apparently has quite a bit of original detail in it. More details on the broker site: LINK
