Saturday, July 21st, 2:00PM, I Remember Harlem:The Depression Years at the Studio Museum in Harlem Theater, 144 West 125th Street, east of ACP/7th Avenue. I Remember Harlem (1980) is a four part series by the legendary filmmaker Bill Miles tracing the history of Harlem over three centuries. Oscar nominee Miles has produced and directed numerous award-winning documentaries dedicated to African-American history and achievement and spent three years researching materials for I Remember Harlem, which won an Alfred I.
