☞ DWELL: 250 Park View Condos Debut
The prewar building at 250 Manhattan Avenue has been going under a gut renovation for the past year and now the adaptive reuse condo has arrived on the market under the name 250 Park View. Studios, 1, 2, and 3 bedroom units range from $399K-$999K in this elevator building directly facing Morningside Park by the corner of West 110th Street. Out of 20 units available, it appears that 7 contracts are already out after just being on the market for 3 weeks. More details on this condo development can be found on the broker site: www.250ParkView.com

Does going from rental to condo really qualify as 'adaptive reuse'? Hope the former tenants, assuming there were tenants, were treated well.
