☞ DWELL: 311 West 138th Street in Contract
Number 311 west 138th Street appeared on the market this year back in April and is now in contract based on the initial asking price of $1.195 million. This 17-foot-wide building is technically a two-family home and apparently has its infrastructure updated along with retaining some of the original details. The location of the townhouse is on one of the nicer blocks close to St. Nicholas Park and a couple of blocks away from the the subway station. An original listing states that this home still needs a few repairs so this one is still considered a fixer upper of sorts: LINK

That over mantle is going to require some serious stripping time.
ReplyDeleteShame the mantel is painted over, it would look stunning in natural wood.
