The house at 430 Convent Avenue has been up on the market for the past couple of months and is currently asking for $2.375 million. At 17-foot-wide, the 2-family home is not the biggest house on the block but does have a lot of oak woodwork intact that is apparently in good condition. With that said, the kitchen and bath renovations do not look on par with the top selling houses over the $2 million mark since most of the aesthetics of the new additions look to be on the moderate side.
