The Morellino is former condo-turned-hostel-turned-condo-turned-rental-turned-condo at ACP/7th and 118th Street which still has a majority of its units as rental according to Streeteasy:
LINK. A third of the units have sold out of the 35 unit development but it still appears that most of the apartments are still being offered as rentals. This adaptive reuse building is one of the more striking ones in South Harlem and is close to the FDB corridor but converting the balance of the units from rentals seem to be an issue.
