☞ DWELL: 458 West 145th Sold in July
The old Baton Rouge restaurant townhouse was up for sale a couple of years back and has finally sold after short sale was set up. A contract went out when the 15-foot-wide townhouse was listed for $850K and public records shows that the final selling price landed at $840K. This building in the Hamilton Heights Historic District just east of Amsterdam Avenue could be the next venture for the new owner who happens to have one of the more successful eateries in South Harlem.
