A West Harlem townhouse that formerly belonged to Dance Theater of Harlem founder Arthur Mitchell has gone rental after initially being price at $2.5 million just over a year ago. By December, the asking was reduced to $1.975 and the home was taken off the market in June of this year. This 20-foot-wide townhouse now has the 3 bedroom garden duplex up for rent at $3,400 a month. As far as the immediate area is concerned, there's not too much happening in the better amenities area but the Dance Theater of Harlem is on the next block over at Amsterdam and the C train is about a 5 minute walk away.
