Wednesday, October 21st, 5:00PM-7:00PM, Trick or Treat at Mount Morris Park, see list of participating townhouses.  New York City's Halloween Parade might have been cancelled this year but kids in Harlem can trick or treat still in the Mount Morris Park Historic District. The Mount Morris Park Community Improvement Association has put together a list of Trick or Treat friendly houses in the nabe for parents who want their children to participate in the festivities: LINK.
