Wednesday, October 31st, 8:00PM, Halloween at Shrine NYC, 2271 Adam Clayton Powell Boulevard (7th Avenue), between 133rd and 134th Street. The show will still go on at the Central Harlem concert venue called Shrine tonight with a list of performers on hand and a local crowd that will be ready to celebrate Halloween. Another suggestion would be to drop by the sister French-West African restaurant Yatenga which happens to be next door:
