We noticed a sign up just south of 138th Street on ACP/7th Avenue announcing that Jock's Bar & Restaurant was up for sale but had never noticed the establishment just a couple of storefronts down from the original Red Rooster location. Permits on the plywood has it that interior alterations were at hand but it does not make much sense since the restaurant does not appear to be in a ready state for any type of sale. Does anyone have additional information?
That Jock's sign has been up for at least 6 months and made me wonder. No more information other than that.
