☞ DWELL: 123 West 118th Street Townhouse

OPEN HOUSE: Sunday, November 18th, 12:00PM-1:30PM.  The 20-foot-wide limestone townhouse at 123 West 118th Street is still on the market after debuting this summer but could be such an amazing home if restored correctly.  Almost everything seems to be intact in the roughly 5,000-square-foot, 3-family home but it appears it all needs to have a few updates.
