The recently renovated house at 363 West 120th Street was listed with the asking price of $2.9 million back in July of this year but now has been pulled from the market. This 2-family home is on the same block of the
former home of actress Marcia Gay Harden which sold earlier this year $2.75 million but appears to have not attracted a buyer quickly enough for a sale in 2012. Original details seem to be a second though in this renovation and everything appears to be on the more modern side. On the other hand, the 17-foot wide home is definitely in mint condition and is located a very short distance from the FDB corridor. Express transportation is also nearby but home seekers seem to have passed by this one the first time around.
