The lot at 2272 FDB/8th Avenue had new permits up
earlier on in December and now it looks like some progress is at hand for the stalled site. A Bespoke reader mentioned that they saw men working at this corner of West 122nd Street so we swung by to take a look this week. The new plywood fence with windows built in provides a view of the foundation which has been there all along but now apparently a digger is on site. This lot has been stalled for several years now with absolutely no activity so it appears that things will start up once again. Check out the final building rendering in our past post:
