The Park Lane Condos in South Harlem have now sold out after being on the market for 9 months with a new broker. This six-story, prewar condo building at 118 West 112th Street, between St. Nicholas and Adam Clayton Powell Jr. Blvd, has 24-unit newly renovated units which have attracted buyers quickly with low prices starting at $300k. As available new housing stock continues to dwindle in the greater Harlem, stories like this one should be more common in the coming year.
