☞ DWELL: South Harlem Townhouses

In South Harlem, there are quite of few townhouses outside of the main historic districts and the ones close to Morningside Park have been breaking sales records as of late.  Actress Marcia Gay Harden raised her family in the area for 10 years and sold recently because of a divorce.  Prime blocks are the main side streets in the lower 120s by Morningside Park and the along Manhattan Avenue.  Express trains are close by on 125th Street which take 10 minutes to get into midtown and the bustling FDB retail corridor is just an avenue east.
