The brownstone chopped up into 7 rent stabilized units at 13 West 120th Street sold within a month's time according to Streeteasy: LINK.   This is one of our favorite blocks in all of Harlem since it is within the Mount Morris Park Historic District and Chef Marcus Samuelsson just purchased a house a few doors down.  There must have been a cash deal for the building to close so quickly but the asking of $1.8 million does not make much sense unless the new owners plan to convert the building into a primary residence one-family.
