We just featured 20 Hamilton Terrace a couple of weeks back when the landmark townhouse appeared on the market and the home has a contract out on it just after being on the market for 3 weeks. An asking price for $2 million would have been considered ambitious a couple of years back but the market appears to be picking up now. West Harlem has just started to hit its stride with a few better establishments arriving soon and buyers will be attracted to the proximity of the express trains at 145th.
