☞ DWELL: 227 Lenox has Sold Again
Number 227 Lenox Avenue went up for auction last year for $400K, sold for $1.35 million and has now sold within about a week's time when a new asking price of $2.8 million was set up according to the recorded details on Streeteasy: LINK. This 26-foot-wide brownstone in the Mount Morris Park Historic District has great bones and is within one of the best Harlem locations but was only gutted since its previous sale. Developers must now be showing keen interest in this part of Harlem since Whole Foods will be coming soon within the next couple of years just a few blocks north. More on that Whole Foods can be found in our previous post: LINK
