The startup construction on the townhouse lot at 145 West 123rd Street had been stalled for at least a couple of years but we noticed that the project has made major progress in 2013. Work permits on the plywood mention that this will be a six-story building once finished so folks should expect possibly a few new condos arriving on this block located between Lenox and ACP/7th Avenue.
It will be rentals.
